   “Thanks” to everyone who attended Post 25’s Memorial Day service and Mural Dedication. And a “BIG Thanks” to Highlands News-Sun correspondent, Kim Moody. The Wednesday, June 4, 2025, Lake Placid Section of Highlands News-Sun featured two stories about our Memorial Day event, authored by Kim Moody.

Kim’s second story covered Post 25’s new Keith Goodson mural. We will share that story with you tomorrow.

Legion Post 25’s Mother’s Day Dinner: Moms Eat For FREE!

   This Sunday, May 11, 2025, is Mother’s Day, and it’s time for Post 25’s Mother’s Day Dinner, FREE to all Moms!

Chef DeWayne will be providing Linguini with Clam Sauce and Beef Tips with Noodles. Post 25’s Ladies’ Auxiliary will provide dessert, and the Post 25 SONs will be serving. Dinner will be from 4:30 to 7 PM.
