Here’s the menu:
Hartzell’s Rib-eye Steak ($22.00): Cooked to order by Commander Pierce, with Caesar salad, Baked Potato, Broccoli with Cheddar Cheese, and a dinner roll.
No-Charge Optional Additions: Mixture of Sautéed Mushrooms with Caramelized Onions

Alternate Dinner (20.00): Baked Rosemary Salmon, Caesar Salad, Broccoli with Cheddar, Cheese, and Dinner Roll. Appetizer: Shrimp with Garlic Butter over Mashed Potatoes with Chives.

Choice of three Desserts – $3.00
1 – Strawberries with cottage sauce & fresh whipped cream
2 – Pumpkin custard pie
3 – Homemade Oatmeal, Raisin, Nut Cookies (3)
