Greetings, If you want your Sunday to be a day of rest, don’t cook! Have dinner with us! Our resident gourmet chef, Pat Harris is offering another spectacular Sunday dinner.
On the menu is the Italian classic, Osso Buco (beef shanks). Osso Buco (also known as Ossobuco) is a specialty of Lombard cuisine (the style of cooking in the Northern Italian region of Lombardy), which is made with cross-cut beef shanks (sometimes made with veal shanks), braised with vegetables, white wine, and broth.
