Rock’n Roll Dance-Pizza Party – Bring your BEST moves!

Thursday night is Post 25’s weekly “Create a Pizza” night from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Pizza is one of the best-loved bar foods there is! We were thinking of how we could make Thursday evenings more fun at Post 25. Here’s what we’re doing.
We have noticed how our patrons love to “shake it on the dance floor” on Friday nights. So, we decided to combine DANCING with PIZZA and ROCK’N ROLL DANCE MUSIC!
That gets us the Thursday night, Rock’n Roll Dance-Pizza Party!
Each week starting January 18, 2024, from 5 pm to 7:30 pm we will present 2-1/2 hours of solid-dance-beat and love song music for everyone to groove to. The 2nd Thursday of every month is the Auxiliary Meeting, so on that night, the Rock’n Roll Dance-Pizza Party will be from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.
The music will be from the actual artists that made the hits we all grew up hearing. You’ll hear the original recording (and some re-mixes) by the original artists that sang and played the hits: the Beatles, Elvis, the Stones, Credence, Santana, the Four Seasons, Neil Diamond, The Beach Boys, Billy Joel, the Bee Gees, and more.
Every week there will be a new mix of songs and different themes.
Themes will include: 50s & 60s, 60s & 70s, 70s, 80s & Early 90s, Soul & Funk, 50s, 60s & 70s Classic Country, 70s & 80s Country Outlaw, and 40s & 50s Big Bands. Something for everyone!
So, we invite you to come out on Thursdays, hang out with us, have a pizza from our Mess Hall, and dance holes in your shoes! Bring your best moves and a friend!
